Jettie Z., LPC

I’ve always believed that healing is possible because I’ve seen it, lived it, and walked it out.

As a child in a military family, I lived in places across the U.S., each one shaping a piece of who I am.
But it was Roosey Roads, Puerto Rico that left its imprint on my corazón.
My parents were my first teachers in what it means to walk by faith and care deeply for others.
They taught me that love isn’t passive—it’s present and intentional. And no matter where we landed,
those values became the truth we anchored in.

My approach to healing weaves together biblical truth,
neuroscience, and embodied presence. I help others discover
that wellness isn't just emotional or mental...
it’s mind, body, and soul.

That belief guides my work through the lens of EMDR,
Somatic Therapy and culturally attuned care.

I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from
The illustrious Howard University (HU, you know!).
My first job in the field of Behavioral Health was as an ABA therapist with children on the autism spectrum, followed by working as an Academic Advisor for Upward Bound.

Along the way, I’ve had the honor of serving in schools, nonprofits,
juvenile justice systems, residential treatment centers,
private organizations, and private practice, holding space for healing for all gente.

But my mission goes beyond the therapy room.

As a culture curator, I build systems that cultivate Kingdom wealth through mentorship and alignment.
Whether I’m mentoring new therapists or leading teams, I emphasize care, curiosity, and courage as the foundation for every space I steward.
My goal is to model a new way of leadership: one that nourishes people, honors their gifts, and creates room for both purpose and pause.

Rest is a part of the work--- so Jettie-care stays on the calendar. That means lying on the floor, sharing macros with loved ones, walking my pups, getting lost in museums, and aventuras as a global citizen.

At the heart of it all, my work is about helping you return to the truth...
That healing is your birthright.
That your body holds wisdom.
And that your story, every part of it, is worthy of being known and redeemed.
