EM
DR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing  helps to release the burdens that leads to performance anxiety, procrastination, fear, self-limiting beliefs, low-self esteem, or relationship challenges that impacts our lives.

PARTS WORK

Helps individuals understand and manage their internal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The approach identifies different parts  (think "inner child") and helps individuals develop a compassionate relationship with each part. By working with these parts, individuals can reduce internal conflicts, increase self awareness as well as improve emotional regulation.

SOMATIC
WORK

Somatic work focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It helps people release and heal from stressful or  traumatic experiences that are stored in the body. By using techniques such as breathing exercises and body awareness, somatic work can help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain. It's a helpful tool for leaders like you  who are looking for ways to manage their stress and improve their overall well-being.

PV
Theory

Polyvagal Theory explains how the autonomic nervous system influences our responses to stress and safety.  Integrating this theory to understand clients' emotional reactions, helping them regulate by shifting from defensive states to the ventral vagal state through techniques that foster safety and connection

TESTIMONIALS

“Having Jettie as a supervisor has not only expanded my clinical abilities but she has also helped me build confidence as a therapist. Her techniques have pushed me to trust myself as a clinician which has transformed my skills completely. Jettie has always been more than helpful with providing resources, connections, and knowledge. Her supervisory style has allowed for me to build my own clinical approach while also providing me with very dependable support when needed. My favorite thing above all is that Jettie continues to provide a space for me to feel safe and heard regardless of what I bring into the room, which I am very appreciative of.
